100% Naturally processed Natural Rain-forest Wild Fruits Extract powder. 18 grams
Dosage:
Adult – one tiny spoon (0.3 g) in 500 ml of hot boiling water,
Children above 2 years to 12 years – half tiny spoon (0.15 g)
Add in 500 ml of hot water, simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink when warm during morning or afternoon. The residue can be eaten or discarded.
Best taken anytime before or after meals but separate by 2 hours from doctor’s medicines.
For health maintenance – 2 to 3 times a week. Best drink during morning or afternoon.
For slight health problem – 1 time a day for 1 month to 3 months, then reduce to maintenance dosage.
